I’m going to saw Philadelphia Vireo, but honestly, I can’t see a single bird in that photo!
Aha, I see it. Red-eyed Vireo? Perhaps Tennessee Warbler??? It’s hard to tell!

What Bird is right!
I was going to guess Warbling Vireo, because they are usually invisible in the leaves, but I think I see it after your hint. I’m going to say it’s a hummingbird of some kind.
Warbling Vireo is much closer….
